I

Based on material from www.langsstien.dk 2011.
Sound produced with sounddesigner Tim Hinman and writer Martin Glaz Serup.

The poetic and conceptual montage-work by Elsebeth Jørgensen "Along the Path…" is about wandering in the paths in a landscape. The narrative jumps in time and space and is about wandering as an aestetic action. The work is based on material collected in photo-archives mixed with fragments of fiction, including Henry Thoreaus story "Walking", 1862 and Camillo Bruuns "From Vendsyssel - Travelling and Writings", 1866. Elements from archives and fiction interacts with Jørgensens own notations from dialogues with different people at walks and in local historical archives.
